FLIP by Spaace is an innovative multi-chain platform designed to democratize the creation, launch, and trading of Non-Fungible Memecoins ("NFMs"). By integrating artificial intelligence ("AI") tools, FLIP by Spaace enables users to generate unique, liquid Non-Fungible Token ("NFT") collections across blockchain networks.

By accessing or using our Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use the Platform.

These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account": A unique profile created when a User connects a Wallet to the FLIP by Spaace Platform, granting access to certain features and Services.
• "AI" (Artificial Intelligence): The machine learning models and algorithms capable of generating or enhancing digital content.
• "AI Tools": The proprietary artificial intelligence functionalities provided by FLIP by Spaace that enable Users to create NFMs / NFTs on the Platform.
• "Bonding Curve": A mathematical pricing model that dynamically adjusts the value of an NFM or token based on its supply and demand. This mechanism ensures continuous liquidity by automating pricing and transactions.
